Supporting Epilepsy Care Across Ontario
EpilepsyOne is a collaboration between participating epilepsy and seizure agencies across Ontario to support coordinated, client-centered care. EpilepsyOne helps agencies work more effectively together while improving how services are planned, delivered, and evaluated for people living with epilepsy or seizures.
What EpilepsyOne Does
EpilepsyOne helps clients and agencies:
- maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
- coordinate services across organizations when appropriate
- reduce duplication (you don’t have to repeat the same information multiple times)
- improve program planning and responsiveness
- strengthen reporting and funding support
Better data → better understanding of needs → better services.
What This Means for You
As a client, EpilepsyOne helps ensure that:
- your information is accurate and consistent
- your time is respected (fewer repeat questions)
- your needs are better reflected in programs and services
- agencies can advocate more effectively for resources and funding
Your Role
You play an important role in making EpilepsyOne effective. Keeping your information up to date helps agencies:

Accessing the Client Portal
To support this, EpilepsyOne uses a secure client portal called Apricot Connect where you may be asked to:
- review or update your information
- complete forms or questionnaires
