The responses collected will be used to convey the perspectives of people living with epilepsy, and their caregivers, with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-term Care’s committee to evaluate drugs.

This expert committee will be assessing the anti-seizure drug brivaracetam and will make a recommendation to the Executive Officer of Ontario’s Publuc Drug Programs regarding the listing of this drug on the Ontairo formulary.

The patient perspective is an important component in this assessment and decision-making process. Epilepsy Ontario will share the thoughts and perspectives of people living with epilepsy/seizures disorders and their caregivers when we make a patient group submission.
