The 2004 Epilepsy Scholarship Awards
Last year Epilepsy Canada & Lundbeck Canada Inc. awarded 30 scholarships to students with epilepsy all across the country, and have just announced the 2004 Epilepsy Scholarship Awards.
To qualify for the $1000 award students must be between the ages of 16 and 29, attend a post-secondary institution during the 2004-2005 school year and be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant currently being treated for seizures by a Canadian physician.
Applications must be postmarked no later than midnight February 27, 2004.
