- Out of school for 12 consecutive months
- Training will lead to employment/offer of employment
- Program must not be eligible for Band Post Secondary funding
- Demonstrated need for assistance

(CEPP)
Information & Referral Service
Individuals can use the on-site resources centres in Dryden, Geraldton, Marathon and other northern communities to research useful information about careers, occupations, labour market trends, training opportunities and job search strategies.
Employment Planning & Preparation (EPP)
Through workshops, clients can clarify their employment needs, establish employment goals, and develop action plans. This program is available in Dryden, Geralden, Marathon and northern communities.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
These programs train individuals to develop specific skills relevant to their career goals.
EligibilityYouth - 16-24 years of age
- Resident of Ontario
- Eligible to work in Ontario
For EPP - Out of school or training for 8 of the previous 16 weeks
- Unemployed for the previous 32 weeks
For OJT - Out of school or training for any 16 of the previous 32 weeks
- Unemployed for 16 of the previous 32 weeks
