Career Goals
The majority of individuals with seizure disorders are able to enjoy meaningful employment. In fact, it has been demonstrated that people with epilepsy are often more productive, with less absenteeism, than their peers.
It is important for young adults with seizure disorders to work with their school's guidance department to establish meaningful and appropriate career goals. Programs have been designed to assist in training and employment. These change regularly. Contact your local epilepsy association or for the most current information.
