                          Acknowledgements
The Parent's Information Booklet was developed by the staff of the Bloorview Epilepsy Program, the Bloorview Children's Hospital, the Hospital for Sick Children, and the Epilepsy Association Metro Toronto [now Epilepsy Toronto]. It grew out of discussions with parents in the Bloorview Parent's Group.

The Parents' Information Booklet was originally developed with funds provided by the Bloorview Children's Hospital Foundation and was first produced with an educational grant from Ciba-Geigy Canada, Ltd. It was edited by McIntyre Burnham of the Bloorview Epilepsy Program. The current revision was edited by John G Phair of Epilepsy Ontario and published by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Canada Inc.
