Treatments

There are a variety of treatments available for children and adults with epilepsy to help control or even eliminate seizures. Each person responds differently to medication. One treatment that works in one person’s situation may not have the same results for another. As such, it is important to consult a physician before starting or stopping any medication.

We have organized our information on epilepsy treatments into three main categories. Click on a category to learn more.

  1. Medications
  2. Non-Drug Treatments
  3. Complementary Medicine

Remember to seek the advice of a medical professional to find the treatment that is right for you.
